Returns

• Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

• Used or washed products.
• Products without original tags or packaging.
• Customized products.
• Clearance or Final Sale items.
• Minor color variations due to photography or screen settings.

Refunds

• After inspection and approval, prepaid order refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
• COD order refunds are processed via UPI or Bank Transfer.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available only for:

• Damaged products.
• Defective products.
• Wrong items delivered.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
